增壓器在高速、高溫、下工作，渦輪進口溫度可高達650°左右，標定轉速27500r/min，使用中特別注意做好維護保養工作。

1.新啟用或維修後的增壓器，裝機前應用手撥動轉子檢查轉子轉動情況，正常情況下，轉子應輕快、靈活、無卡滯和異常聲響;

1. For the supercharger after new use or maintenance, the rotor should be manually moved to check the rotation of the rotor before installation. Under normal conditions, the rotor should be light, flexible, free of stagnation and abnormal sound;

2.接好潤滑管路，保持潤滑油路暢通，采用浮動軸承，對潤滑油要求較高，正常工作時，機油壓力應保持在300-500kPa之間，發動機怠速時，增壓器的進油壓力應不低於80kPa;

3.發動機啟動後，注意觀察增壓器進油口壓力，3秒內必須有壓力顯示。否則增壓器因缺少潤滑油而燒壞;

4.增壓器渦輪殼為高溫部位，操作人員應注意避免高溫燙傷。

5.調壓閥的調節，逆時針旋轉，壓力減小，順時針旋轉，壓力增大。
